About Client: The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Rate Range: $60-$65/Hr Job Description: - 10+ Years of Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the field of software development/lifecycle
- 8+ Years of Recent Job Family Specific Experience: Experience in roles such as Scrum Master or Agility (not Project Manager or Business Analyst).
- 6+ Years of Recent Experience in Banking/Financial Vertical
- Tooling Experience (Proficiency): MS Office Suite/365: Proficient
- Jira: Proficient to Advanced
- Jira Align: Intermediate to Proficient MS Tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.): Proficient
- Experience Supporting 3-4 Scrum Teams: Not just 1 or 2 teams
- Experience with Agile Coaching
Supplemental Requirements: - For U.S.-based position, candidates should have 6+ years of U.S.-based experience
