~ What You’ll Do as an Accounts Receivable Specialist ~

  • Drive Accuracy: Process daily customer invoices, report sales, and keep AR records clean and up to date
  • Keep Cash Flow Moving: Apply payments, maintain check registers, and manage collections
  • Be the Go-To Resource: Provide weekly AR reports to leadership and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Stay Ahead of Compliance: Support sales tax onboarding, maintain exemption certificates, and ensure correct state tax rates
  • Make an Impact: Cross-train in other finance functions, support internal control improvements, and contribute to a growing global business

~ What You’ll Bring to the Role ~

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable administration
  • ERP system expertise
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Business school, Associate’s degree, or equivalent
  • Experience in a medical device or manufacturing environment is a big plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
