Job Description

Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR Team. This role will have four direct reports, and supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively detect and communicate factors driving credit and collection risk
• Understand risk tolerance determined by the business and work with teams internally to balance collection risk
• Maintain bad debt reserve in compliance with organizational goals
• Take part in promotions to identify AR-related concerns and offer suggestions
• Collaborate cross functionally with other teams to improve AR processes and provide excellent service to all customers, both internal and external
• Establish and observe internal controls related to accounts receivable
• Evaluate AR technology and processes and work with management to update as needed
• Provide monthly key metrics to management team
• Mentor AR team and encourage the team to continue growing professionally
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is required
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading a multifaceted team required
• CPA license preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Experience managing a team is required
